My Flare up, it can't stop me

I was sitting in the park the other day. And looking around I started to wonder how many others pass me by who are also sick, or in pain.
Then I wondered, How many wake up healthy and nt dealing with pain. That don't have to wait after they wake up to get up and moe around???? I have a routine. I get up, take my pain meds , rub myself down with warm wash clothes or sit in a tub till the pain is gone. It takes me about 2 hours before I can do anything. It is so weird because it has become so normal fpr me.
With the Plerisy I will wait till the coughing over.
Its funny because I forget not everyone does this each day.
Does it take other ppl' 4 minutes to neal to the ground????MMM probably not.
And even though it takes so much out of my day I syill get so much done.
This has been a bad flare and ppl have asked for more detail...but really it is different each day. Some days I have high fevers and others the pain is very bad.
think you just need to be ready for it all and just deal with it.
Today was a very low energy day. And filled with pain.
My lungs were pretty good and I have barely any rashes.

i think for anyone ill or having a hard time it just takes courage.
just tell yourself....
'
self, lol.....Do the best you can"...and you will.
BUT never feel guilty for having a day where you just can't get it together. I have those all the time.

those are the days
i call...
'
i'm pretending to be a couch cushion"....lol
But right now I am pushing myself. I have my goal. My open house. That is what everybody needs...a goal. I don't care if its underwater basket weaving....Just have a goal.
It has been working for me.
Don't get me wrong, some days I just complain and get all kinds of cranky. I just want to say "Lupus, o.k I'm done , now go away".
I have tried it, but it did not work...lol
Sometimes do naughty things...like eat ice cream...I'm not supose to , but sometimes its my way to rebel. And it feels darn good.
Right now I get foggy and space out a lot. i'm pretty good at it.
The other day I sat in my husbands work van while he fixed a garage door for an hour...
I spaced out so good, i don't remember sitting for all that time.
HEY, that takes talent.
So for everyone that wanted more detail, it really can be hard to say...
It depends on the day...
But you will know when it has been bad by my writing and spelling...that gets really effected.
Well I'm tired..
This couch cushion is going to practice spacing out at the t.v
Take care everyone.
I will be back soon.
