ADOPT-A-PET, a non-profit and all-volunteer Animal Shelter, is holding a Pet Fest (in conjunction with Wilmette Family Fun Fest) at the Wilmette Pet Center, 625 Green Bay Rd., Sat. July 12 from 10:00-4:00. There will be lots of fun activities for kids and dogs: Petting Zoo, Carnival Games, Face Painting, Caricature Drawings, Bake Sale, Arts & Crafts, Photo Shoots, Live Music, Free Treat Tastings, Dog Wash, Doggy Play Date & Canine Cooling Center.
