The children at the Glenview United Methodist Church, decorated masks and floats for Mardi Gras which they paraded around the church near the end of the service on Feb. 3. The kids led the parishioners out of the sanctuary to “The Saints Go Marching In” in, all their Mardi Gras splendor.

The Chicago Chamber Choir filled St. Gregory's Episcopal Church in Deerfield with their voices in a special holiday concert Dec. 16.

The Lubavitch Chabad of Northbrook hosted a Hanukkah Family Fun Day from 1 to 3 p.m. on Dec. 9. Families were welcomed to enjoy festive music, kids activities and traditional holiday foods.

Community members had their eyes on handmade quilts during the Heifer International Quilt Auction and Craft Fair at the Glenview Community Church Nov. 3.
