Yes! We are taking a long road trip, high gas prices or not! Yes. I'm flying off to an island retreat somewhere. Yes. We will take a vacation, but we'll stay near home. Sort of. I'm taking time off to work around the house. No! No vacation this year. Have you seen gas and food prices!

I am taking her out for a nice brunch/lunch/dinner. I will send her a card or call her on the phone. I am buying her a gift. I am going to get the kids to do stuff around the house for her. I'm not sure yet.
