Ghosts, goblins, superheroes, princesses and wild animals flooded the sidewalks up and down Milwaukee Avenue in downtown Libertyville Halloween afternoon as shop owners waited patiently with candy and other goodies.
Spidermen, princesses, pumpkins and witches gathered at the Glencoe Community Center, 999 Green Bay Road, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Oct. 23 for a night filled with Halloween games, entertainment and of course, candy.

Goose dropping was popular once again in Libertyville August 23, as more than 1,000 people turned out to enjoy the live music, food, drink, carnival games and fireworks display at the third annual Goose Is Loose Festival. But most of all they came to see the Goose Dropping.
