Feel confident, like you’re ready for “Dancing with the Stars” the next time you take to the dance floor with Mundelein Park District’s NEW Social Dance Class. This fun, energizing, get-fit class for adult beginners debuts on Saturday, December 13 from noon to 3 p.m. at the Mundelein Community Center.

With surgeon-like precision, Chef Mark Seaman applied a detailed “S scroll” icing border to the top of a round butter cream cake, elevating it from a dessert to a work of art.

Gather up all those glass bottles, aluminum pop cans and days-old newspapers because Nov. 15 is America Recycles Day.
