Willowbrook students put the books down early Friday afternoon to throw on their costumes and celebrate Halloween. Students and teachers marched in the Halloween parade at 2:15 p.m. to show off their costumes to residents and parents before congregating back at the school for classroom parties in celebration of the spookiest holiday of all.

Fourth graders at Westcott School performed their musical "Dogs!" for their parents Oct. 30.

Greenbriar Elementary students and families gathered at the school field on the evening of Sept. 17 for Greyhound Games, a Parent Teacher Organization sponsored event.

Before the bell at Hickory Point School rang on the morning of Sept. 11, 2008, a special Patriot Day ceremony took place outside the school at the flag pole.

Willowbrook School started off the 2008-2009 school year with with its opening ceremony on the morning of Aug. 27. Students, faculty and parents assembled in the gym at the start of the first full day of school.

Grove School welcomed back 191 students for the first day of School Aug. 21, including a 48 new kindergartners.
