We are inviting all grandmothers, mothers and future-grandmothers to celebrate Mother's Day at Generations with a very special Gentle Yoga practice. Take time out of your Sunday to enjoy a sweet, gingerly practice. Add a dose of self-care with a few languishing restorative postures - using many props -making each posture nearly effortless. This will be a true delight to accentuate your special day.

This practice is open to our loyal students who recognize the sweet spot that is a gentle practice. We also extend the invite to beginners, those with limited mobility or prior injury, and anyone who wants to partake in this unique event and understand the joy that is Gentle Yoga.
