Church services were held outdoors at North Shore United Methodist Church in Glencoe August 24 to better accommodate some special guests.
From paintings to jewelry to handmade tote bags, art lovers could find just about anything at the annual WilPower expressive arts show at the Clarkson Building in Northfield Aug. 1. Along with the art, musical performances and poetry readings were a part of the event, held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Using waterguns, ketchup and mustard bottles, sticks, paint brushes and whatever else they had on hand, a group of young artists took to creating Art in the Park(ing Lot).
For two days, Northbrook's Village Green Park was home to an art fair. Art in the Park featured artists of all ages July 12 and 13.
